Divisible Dash is made by one maths teacher. If you have a question that is not answered below, email me and I will help.
For players and parents
What is Divisible Dash?
It is an arcade game for iPhone and Android that teaches the divisibility rules for 2 to 10. Each day there is a Daily Challenge, which is the same for everyone that day, so you can compare scores fairly.
When does it launch?
Teachers can set up a free class dashboard today. Pupils can follow their class boards with a class code, so log in at the login page to get started. The app itself arrives on the App Store and Google Play in September 2026.
Why does my child have a name like SwiftFalcon42?
This is privacy by design. The game never asks a player for their real name, so every player is given a made-up name picked from curated word lists. Nobody ever types a real name into the app.
How do I delete my child's data?
In Divisible Dash, open the profile and tap Reset Identity, then confirm. That is the whole process, and it cannot be undone.
Deleted immediately: the player record on the server, the display name and its claim, the friend code, and the friends list. The anonymous sign-in itself is deleted last, so nothing is left tied to the device.
Kept: past daily leaderboard entries, which carry only the made-up display name and a score and cannot be traced back once the player record is gone, and the game progress stored on the device itself, which is removed by deleting the app. The next launch creates a fresh anonymous identity with a new made-up name.
See the privacy policy for detail.
Is there any chat or messaging?
No. There is no chat, messaging, or any way for players to send text to each other. Players only ever see made-up display names.
For teachers
How do class codes work?
Create a class in the teacher dashboard and print the code sheet. Pupils tap JOIN CLASS on the app home screen and type the code. Once joined, the class board shows their made-up display name.
What can I see about my pupils?
By default you see made-up display names and your daily class leaderboards. You see a real first name and last initial only where you have entered a roster and linked pupils to it, and those real names are visible to you alone.
Rosters and consent
Entering pupil names is optional and needs your school's authorisation, with the school as the data controller. You enter a first name and a single last initial only. Please read the Teacher Terms and the Schools Data Processing Agreement before using it.
How much does it cost?
The app has a one-time Pro unlock. Creating classes and using the dashboard are free. For school pilot enquiries, email support@divisibledash.com.
How do I check the class board without logging in?
The class board page shows today's boards when you enter a class code, so you can display them without signing in to the dashboard.
